FAQ

I need to add an item to my order. Can I do that?

Once an order is submitted, it is processed and CANNOT be modified. Order modifications include but are not limited to: cancellations, changes to order (quantity, item selection, item variation, etc), shipment methods, shipping addresses, refunds, etc. 

Please place a new order for your additional items.

I received my order but I'm missing an item. What should I do?

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), contact us immediately. You may be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement.

 

I need to return an item. Am I eligible?

  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and ties, and in its original packaging. Items cannot be used, combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of your order to qualify for a refund. Any return request not received within this time-frame will not be considered.

*NOTE: DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (FULL LACE WIGS, LACE CLOSURES & LACE FRONTALS), CAN NOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED, OR REPLACED.

**ALL SALES FINAL (NO EXCEPTIONS MADE) ON : ANY ALTERED PRODUCTS (BUNDLES ARE UNWRAPPED/ EXTENSIONS HAVE BEEN WORN / COLOR PROCESSED IN ANY WAY/ COSMETICS HAVE BEEN OPENED AND USED).


How do I start a return?

  1. Contact us at support@pinkberrybeauty.com to start your return. 

     

  2. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.                                                                                                          
  3. Please print the return label, attach it to the package and drop off the package at the nearest UPS access point.
      *Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be approved.


Will I receive a refund or store credit?

Refunds remain pending until we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, an automatic refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

If preferred, a store credit can be issued per your request.

*Please remember your bank or credit card company may take longer to process and post the refund.


How soon will I get my refund?

 A refund is issued typically within 48 hours of approval; However may take longer to post to your original payment method.

 

Do you refund the original shipping fee? 

No, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

 

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Do you accept International Returns?

We currently do not accept international returns.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
